Shipping policy

DELIVERY OPTIONS
FREE standard delivery is offered on all IKON-X orders.
A flat rate of $10 is applied on all other orders.
If express postage is required, this option will be available to you during checkout at an additional cost of $15.
Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled once dispatched. If you have not yet received a dispatch notification from us, please email us at info@nstalgix.com as soon as you can with your order number and the adjustments you would like to make.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the following business day.
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond NSTALGIX’s reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, New South Wales and so we follow New South Wales public holidays.
DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES
We aim to dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days from the date the order has been placed unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with the tracking number.
Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), dispatch times may be longer.
TRACKING
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.
If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please email us at info@nstalgix.com with your order number and our team will assist you with your enquiry within 24 hours.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
At this time, we are unable to accommodate split shipments within one order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to create separate orders each with its own delivery address.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order has been lost or damaged during transit, please email us at info@nstalgix.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
